We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The kids loved the breakfast spread, which had plenty of tasty options. The location was superb for exploring the attractions in Nashville, and the staff made us feel right at home. Plus, we took a fun trip to the Country Music Hall of Fame, which was a highlight for the whole family.
My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities available on site.

Service was a total letdown
Honestly, this place was a mess. The hallway smelled like weed and I barely got a chance to sleep through the noise! The room was clean though, so that was a plus. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this place based solely on the service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. However, the noise from the nearby traffic was quite noticeable and may be an issue for light sleepers. The breakfast options were decent, offering a variety of choices, but some amenities appeared outdated and could use improvement.

missingWrote a review on Nov 14complimentary breakfastspacious roomsolid pickunpleasant smellbroken glass
The complimentary breakfast features standard fare, enough to kickstart the day despite limited choices. The room provides ample space with two queen beds, making it a solid pick for families or groups needing to stretch out.
The initial room had an unpleasant smell, likely from smoking in the hallways—definitely a buzzkill for the stay. I found broken glass on the carpet, raising safety concerns, especially with little ones crawling around; while issues happen, the response lacked the urgency I’d expect. Sporadic ladybug visitors during the stay didn't help the cleanliness feel either, though they were more amusing than alarming.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service during my stay, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we felt welcome. The hot breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious eggs and biscuits that started the day off right. Additionally, the location had concerning instances of homelessness nearby, detracting from the overall experience.

The location is nice as it's not too far or too close to downtown. The breakfast offered was delicious with a great variety, showcasing quality ingredients.
The signage for the hotel could be more visible, making it easier to locate.
